The ODG data portal is designed to show managers the statistics they require to monitor the success of day-to-day quality management.
All survey reports, documents and photos are available for access and/or download. Managers can also run benchmark reports about logistics contractors, individual vessels or modes of transport further helping decision making.

Controlled Access
Access rights can be granted at different levels for each of the parties using the system. The ODG database is highly secure with multiple back-up procedures and we guarantee the safety of your data. All ODG customers receive training in the use of the data portal and our professional in-house helpdesk is always available to assist you.

Users can create a personalised ‘alarm system’ to monitor a range of key performance indicators. This enables users to see instantly if particular KPIs are being met, and if not are able to focus on rectification activities immediately.
